The tester adopts Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor as the power source, Using advanced chip integration technology, professionally designed PCI data acquisition amplification and control system, the amplification of test force and deformation, and the A/D conversion process can been fully digitally adjusted.
The machine can test and analyse the mechanical properties of various metals, non-metals and composite materials, and is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, wire, cable, textile, fibre, plastic, rubber, ceramics, food, pharmaceutical packaging, aluminium-plastic pipes, plastic doors and windows, geotextiles, films, wood, paper, metal materials and manufacturing industries, according to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, ISO and other standards, ISO and other standards to automatically obtain the maximum test force value, fracture force value, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, elongation at break, tensile elastic modulus, flexural bending modulus of elasticity and other test data.
 

1. Main machine: the machine adopts double-arm portal structure, the beam lifting speed can be steplessly regulated, and the test space can be changed after replacing the column, lead screw and outer cover. The transmission system is composed of servo-controlled special reducer, circular arc synchronous gear belt and lead screw vice, which runs smoothly, has high efficiency and low noise.
2. Fixture: standard configuration: one set of wedge-type tensile fixture, compression fixture and bending fixture. The wedge tensile attachment adopts manual rotation clamping method, which is convenient and reliable, does not slip, does not move the jaws during clamping, and the clamping moves up and down. The specimen is not subjected to additional forces, which guarantees the accuracy of the test results.

 1-Adopting Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor and driver, with strong versatility of system and parts, convenient maintenance, stable and reliable performance, with over-current, over-voltage, over-speed, overload and other protection devices. The speed regulation ratio can be up to 1:5000.
 2-Automatic gear change: automatically switch to the appropriate range according to the load size to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data; realizes the real sense of physical zeroing, gain adjustment and automatic gear change, zeroing, calibration and storage of the test force measurement, without any analogue adjustment link, and the control circuit is highly integrated.
3-Condition storage: test control data and specimen conditions can be made into modules, which facilitates batch testing.
4-Automatic variable speed: the speed of the moving beam can be changed automatically according to the pre-set program during the test.
5-Automatic calibration: the system can automatically realise the calibration of the accuracy of the indicated value;
6-Automatic saving: test data and curve are automatically saved at the end of the test;
7-Process realisation: the test process, measurement, display and analysis are all completed by the microcomputer;
8-Batch test: for the same parameters of the specimen, a setting can be completed in sequence;
9-Testing software: Chinese WINDOWS interface, menu prompt, mouse operation;
10-Display mode: data and curve are displayed dynamically with the test process;
11-Curve traversal: after the test is completed, the curve can be re-analysed and the test data corresponding to any point on the curve can be found with the mouse;
12-Limit protection: with program-controlled and mechanical two-level limit protection;
13-Automatic stop: the moving beam will stop automatically after the specimen breaks;
14-Overload protection: when the load exceeds 3-5% of the maximum value of each gear, it will stop automatically;
