The universal sample making machine mainly consists of three parts: cutting, milling curve dumbbell, milling notch, for plastic, organic glass, glass fiber and carbon fiber and other non-metallic materials in GB/T1040, GB/T1043, GB/T1843, GB/T8004.2 notched sample strips for impact, dumbbell sample strips for tensile test, Vicat, thermal deformation, compression, bending test, and other kinds of moment type Preparation of standard test strips.

1. The ZHY-WB universal specimen making machine has been upgraded, the number of notched specimens can be up to 24 in a single run, and after the first batch of specimens are processed, the next batch of specimens can be processed without tool setting.
2. The cutting part has been optimised in terms of structure, motor and spindle, and the accuracy has been greatly improved.
3,The base connection plate is made of 12mm thick medium carbon steel, and the surface is finely ground to ensure the integrity and flatness of the equipment, the rigidity of the body is good, the specimen is not vibrated and the service life is long.
4,Dumbbell type and notched type sample making have automatic feeding function, easy to operate, safe and reliable, quick sample making.
5, rectangular, dumbbell, notched and other different types of specimen processing dedicated knife, no need to change tools.
6,A wide range of materials can be processed, such as plastic, organic glass, glass steel, carbon fibre, etc.
7,The 4-blade carbide large diameter tool is wear-resistant, dissipates heat well and does not trap chips.
8,Increased water cooling circulation system, can cool down the tool and processing samples.
