  This machine is mainly used to determine the melt mass flow rate (MVR) and melt volume flow rate (MFR) of thermoplastics, and is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical industry and other related universities and colleges, scientific research units, and commercial inspection departments.

(I) Electrical control system
  1,This machine is a high-matching model for mass method (MFR) and volume method (MVR). The electric adopts Taiwan Delta PLC modular independent electric control system, different product components can be used interchangeably, with strong versatility, stable performance, high precision and very low failure rate.
  2, using 7-inch Delta true colour touch screen input, good human-machine interface, touch sensitive, for the first contact with this kind of instrument test personnel, easy to operate, easy to use.

(B) Mechanical components
  1, eight specifications of a full set of weights, to meet the requirements of different materials test on the load, mechanical loading method, real and reliable data.
  2,The scraping tool is made of 65Mn material, which is wear-resistant and will not be deformed after long time use.
  3,Hard alloy high temperature resistant material barrel, corrosion resistance, high temperature does not deformation.
  4,Brass heat-conducting rod with high thermal conductivity, short heating and recovery temperature time, high test efficiency.
  5,The overall covered heating jacket, uniform heating, small temperature fluctuations.
  6,Independent furnace body, filled with asbestos inside, hollow design between the outside and the box, reducing heat transfer, reducing energy consumption and preventing scalding.
