The pressuremeter is divided into three types pre-drilling type, self-drilling type and press-in type. Features
High precision air-free pressure regulating valve makes pressurizing process more accurate, stable and intuitive, then ensuring the accuracy of test data.
The unique water circulation system design greatly accelerates the water flooding and damming, shortens test duration and improves work efficiency, effectively improving the accuracy of the instrument's control of water volume.
The pressure meter adopts a three-chamber structure, which is consisted of a measuring middle chamber and two protection chambers. The function of protection chamber is to prolong the length of testing soil layer on borehole, it supports the measurement chamber when it expands, reduces the influence of end of measurement chamber, and makes the measuring chamber produce uniform pressure on borehole, thereby simplifying the complex steric strain to approximate plane strain state. In addition, this kind of three-chamber pressure meter has uniform pressure over the entire length, which can better measure the actual pressure of the middle chamber, and operations of water filling and degassing are relatively simple.
Using spiral cloth winding to strengthen the protective outer film, which is applicable to a wider soil lay, greatly reduces the consumption and replacement frequency of elastic membrane.
The catheter adopts customized 3-color multi-bundle tube, and the inner tube is made of imported PA-11 fiber (high pressure resistant material), which has the advantage of high pressure resistance, small volume change, and resistance to temperature changes. The outer skin is polyurethane, with the feature of abrasion resistant and anti-seismic. The catheter connection uses the ferruled seal ring, which is easy to install and has good sealing performance.
